  • Assisted Deductions Processing Delays Due to Elevated Demand

    Due to heightened demand that exceeded our daily Assisted Deductions processing rate limits, we are currently experiencing delays for Assisted Deductions requests created prior to Wed 1/7.


    Our team is actively working through the backlog and prioritizing time-sensitive deductions to ensure they are processed in advance of upcoming payroll runs. We expect to have the backlog fully cleared by Tues 1/13.

    If you have time-sensitive deductions that need to be prioritized ahead of a payroll run, please contact your account team representative or reach out to support@tryfinch.com.


    Deductions requests created on or after Wed 1/7 are not impacted by these delays.
