All systems are confirmed to be back to full health and operating within documented SLAs.

We have successfully cleared the backlog of Assisted Deduction requests that resulted from heightened demand earlier this month.
All Assisted Deduction requests are now being processed within our standard 2-business-day SLA, and underlying payroll systems are fully up to date to support upcoming payroll runs.
You may still notice a delay in when a “200 Success” status is reflected in the Finch API and Dashboard.
We expect all system statuses to fully catch up to traditional completion timing by end of day Fri 1/23.

We have made significant progress on the backlog of Assisted Deduction requests created prior to Wed 1/7. We are updating our target to have the backlog fully cleared by end of day Mon 1/19.
Note that requests initiated on or after Wed 1/7 are not impacted by these delays.
As before, please note that while Assisted Deduction work is being completed in payroll systems within our standard 2-business-day SLA for requests created on or after 1/7, you may notice a delay in when a “200 Success” status is reflected in the Finch API or Dashboard. During this period of elevated volume, Finch is operating under an enhanced QA protocol to ensure data accuracy. We expect all system statuses to be fully caught up to completion rates by end of day Fri 1/23.

As mentioned previously, our team is actively working through the backlog and prioritizing time-sensitive deductions to ensure they are processed in advance of upcoming payroll runs. We now expect to have the backlog fully cleared by end of day Wed 1/14.
Assisted Deduction requests created on or after Wed 1/7 continue to not be impacted by these delays. For these requests, you may notice a delay in when a 200 Success status is reflected in the Finch API or Dashboard. During this period of elevated volume, Finch is operating under an enhanced QA protocol to ensure data accuracy. We expect all system statuses to catch up to completion rates by end of day Wed 1/21.
