Since approximately 7:00am PT today, employee records for some Justworks connections have been returned without a start_date. Data syncs complete successfully but publish null start dates.

This is an upstream issue with Justworks, who is working on rolling back the errand change. Our team is standing by to confirm full recovery and will re-sync the affected connections to ensure start_date is repopulated as expected.
